We are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant - Outreach Specialist to support our international outreach efforts. This role will be critical in expanding our network of media outlets and partners, helping us maintain our competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support outreach campaigns by identifying and engaging with potential media outlets, publishers, and partners across international markets.
  • Maintain effective communication and follow-up with potential partners, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Prepare outreach materials, presentations, and reports in collaboration with our in-house outreach team.
  • Monitor the success of outreach efforts and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, ensuring that outreach strategies are innovative and competitive.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience and a strong interest in outreach, digital marketing, and PR
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
